Seasoned Transactional/M&A Associate for Space & Data Center Practice (DC)
Leading telecommunications practice seeks a seasoned transactional attorney (4+ years) to focus on commercial and regulatory matters related to satellites, data centers and wireless spectrum. This specialized practice will consider attorneys already specializing in telecommunications or desiring to transition. Must have strong experience (any sector) taking on a leading role in acquisitions, joint ventures, procurement, licensing and/or commercial contracts. Regulatory experience with the FCC is a plus but not required. Will consider attorneys at the FCC, in-house or an AmLaw 100 firm – but must have some law firm experience.
