Our client, a leading IP boutique, is actively seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This opportunity is within their trial & appellate practice. This role offers a unique chance to hone your legal expertise within a top-tier IP and patent firm, ranked and awared with various legal recognitions, including Chambers, and its significant presence in ITC, Federal Circuit, and district court patent activities. The firm allows for a hybrid work arrangement, blending in-office and remote work, with flexibility considered for exceptional applicants. The proposed base salary ranges from $250,000 to $325,000, based on a 2000-hour billable goal, subject to candidate qualifications and experience. Furthermore, the firm offers a flexible hours program, allowing associates to tailor their billable hour targets between 1400 to 2000 hours, with corresponding salary adjustments.
