Attention federal court litigators seeking a practice group where there is a track record of going to trial and critical brief writing is paramount. We are working closely with leadership of this Chambers-ranked litigation practice, seeking to add one to two associates due to the consistent pipeline of work and several trials on the horizon. This firm welcomes hiring from a peer firm, the government, or directly from a clerkship. Top credentials required. Top of the market compensation. Clerkship a plus, but not required.
MUST HAVES:
– 3 to 6 years of solid litigation experience
– Exceptional and significant brief writing experience (e.g., motions to dismiss or summary judgment)
– JD from a Top 25 law school and strong academics (high honors if outside the Top 25)
– Collaborative and team player attitude (no sharp elbows)
