The hiring partner of a top-ranked AmLaw firm’s finance practice has engaged Garrison to assist in its search for a junior or mid-level finance associate with a focus on bank or direct lender finance. We feel this is the top Washington, D.C. finance opportunity for all the reasons listed below.
Practice Details:
This tight knit group is split between the D.C. and New York offices and primarily focuses on lending and borrowing work, transactional-wise, for private and public companies. In this role, your practice will focus on asset-based, acquisition-based, and leveraged financing, as well as syndicated loans – both domestic and cross-border transactions. You will also work on loan maintenance issues, including loan amendments, consents, opinions, and loan closures. Your work will cover many different sectors including tech, healthcare, entertainment, and real estate.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 2-6 years of experience in an excellent law firm’s finance/banking group is required. Must not work predominantly on project finance.
