Top AmLaw firm is looking for a securities regulatory partner to support their strong financial institutions practice and serve their impressive roster of clients. The firm has engaged us exclusively to find the ideal candidate who can, among other things, provide guidance on common questions regarding securities and advise on broker-dealer and investment adviser issues. Experience with FinTech and 40 Act issues is not required, but is a plus. This role is not only a high-level priority for the firm, but would serve as the “go-to” person for all of this work that the firm is currently referring out. Portable business is not required.
