Mid-to-Senior Investment Funds Associate with Experience in Open-End Funds, ETFs, and BDCs
Our client, a preeminent international law firm, is seeking experienced attorneys for its Registered Funds practice within the Investment Funds Group. Ideal candidates will possess 3-6 years of experience in a recognized investment funds practice at a global law firm. Their responsibilities will include advising on forming, structuring, and managing open-end funds (including ETFs) and closed-end funds, such as interval/tender offer funds, across various asset classes. Experience with business development company (BDC) matters, underwriter representations, capital markets, and governance-related compliance and regulatory matters for registered funds and BDCs is also sought. The firm’s Investment Funds practice stands as the largest and most active of any law firm globally, offering sophisticated market intelligence and solutions to investment funds and their sponsors.
