Project Finance Associate with 2-6 Years’ Experience in Debt Finance in Energy & Infrastructure Sectors
Our client, an elite global firm, is actively seeking attorneys with 2-6 years of experience in debt finance, particularly within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Candidates should have experience from a prominent national or international law firm, specializing in drafting and negotiating finance-related documents for both domestic and international debt finance transactions. Drafting/negotiating experience should include credit agreements, depositary agreements, note purchase agreements, and security documents. The candidate should also be adept in handling commercial (project) documents. Those with a background in acquisition finance, especially in the energy and infrastructure areas, are highly encouraged to apply. This team works in financing, acquisition, and development of sophisticated projects across various sectors, such as renewable energy (including wind, solar, CSS, hydrogen, renewable gas), oil and gas (including LNG), conventional power, and digital infrastructure (data centers and telecom). They servce a diverse client base, including private equity funds, their portfolio companies, strategic investors, project developers, commercial banks, institutional investors, and direct lenders.
