Midlevel Government Contracts Associate with Experience in Disputes, Transactions, and Investigations

Our client, an elite international law firm, is actively seeking midlevel associates (2018-2020) to join their Government Contracts practice. This practice handles all aspects of business with U.S. federal, state, local, and international governments, offering a unique blend of expertise in areas such as DCAA and OIG audits, suspension and debarment issues, and False Claims Act/internal investigation matters. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in government contracts, with experience in litigating government contracts disputes, supporting corporate transactions, addressing suspension and debarment issues, and working on False Claims Act/internal investigation matters being advantageous. Experience in bid protests, while not essential, is a plus.
