Midlevel Government Contracts Associate with Experience in Disputes, Transactions, and Investigations
Our client, an elite international law firm, is actively seeking midlevel associates (2018-2020) to join their Government Contracts practice. This practice handles all aspects of business with U.S. federal, state, local, and international governments, offering a unique blend of expertise in areas such as DCAA and OIG audits, suspension and debarment issues, and False Claims Act/internal investigation matters. Experience in bid protests, while not essential, is a plus. This Chambers-rated practice is recognized for its dealing with intricate government contracting matters, including high-stakes litigation and investigations, aiding government contractors in navigating complex regulatory compliance challenges, and internal investigations, ranging from specific incidents of alleged misconduct to broad program reviews. Their work in bid and proposal preparation, and in negotiating and drafting complex information technology agreements, is also highly regarded.
