Large AmLaw firm and long-time Garrison client is seeking a counsel or senior associate to bolster their financial services practice. The ideal candidate would have experience in matters such as derivatives, structured finance, complex commercial real estate finance transactions, CAPS, swaps, financial contracts, etc. This group is expecting work to increase in volume and complexity over the next few years, and is seeking somebody to help support the existing practice.
