New & Unposted: Transactional/Regulatory Associate for Top Fintech/Banking Practice (DC/NY)

An opportunity to join a leading and full-service financial services practice, this preeminent firm possesses deep expertise at the intersection of fintech, payments and banking. This position will focus heavily on drafting and negotiating a variety of complex banking and fintech agreements, with an additional regulatory counseling/compliance component. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the transactional side of the practice (and working with agreements that are operational and product-building by their nature). Must have at least 3 years of relevant transactional experience. Preference for position to be based in Washington, DC. New York or other offices on a case-by-case basis. Top credentials required.

The Work:
Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of agreements, including credit card program agreements (co-brand and private label), merchant processing agreements, agreements for portfolio and other asset sales, bank fintech partnership agreements, and consumer agreements for payment and crypto services, among others. Provide related regulatory advice for fintechs, digital asset companies, payment processors, money transmitters, and other financial institutions and financial services providers.

Hours/Compensation:
