Corporate Life Sciences Associate (2-5 Years) with Experience in Transactions, Drafting, and IP

The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with a demonstrated interest in the life sciences sector. Strong skills in drafting and experience in handling complex agreements are highly valued. While expertise in IP matters and a background in science are beneficial, they are not essential requirements for this role.
