We are working closely with a prestigious firm’s telecom practice seeking a partner to handle regulatory counseling or regulatory disputes/litigation. This group works with smaller wireless, TV and radio broadcasting clients. Having experience in tech transactions or privacy in the telecom space is a plus, along with former experience at the FCC. For this role, a book of business of at least $1.5 million is required.
