Senior ERISA and Tax Associate or Counsel

The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of compensation disclosure matters and a broad range of expertise in transactional executive compensation and benefits issues, including related tax, securities, and other pertinent laws. This team is recognized as a leader for transactional employee benefits, executive compensation, and retirement plans. They have a global reach and the ability to handle challenging compensation, employee benefits, and employment issues for a diverse clientele, ranging from Silicon Valley startups to multinational corporations, and they advise on a full spectrum of corporate transactions, including multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and multifaceted multi-jurisdictional employment and employee benefits matters.
