Prestigious practice focused on renewable energy projects seeks an associate with at least two years of experience. There are no siloes – so you will have the opportunity to work on the project development and project finance sides of the practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with some combination of negotiating and revising project agreements (e.g., power purchase, equipment supply, LTSA), financing documents, and/or advising on the implications of tax credits.
