Commercial Litigation Associate for Elite, Trial-Oriented Practice (DC/Hybrid)
If you are looking for a sophisticated litigation practice that goes to trial and offers hands-on opportunities even as a junior and or mid-level, then this position might be for you. This elite and nationwide practice seeks a litigation associate with at least two to four years of experience. Enjoy a nationwide federal district court and class actions practice working on cutting edge, complex and technical issues. Experience with securities litigation, class action litigation, and/or fiduciary duty claims is helpful but not required. Top credentials and complex commercial litigation experience a must, especially critical brief writing. Federal judicial clerkship a plus.
