Garrison & Sisson is assisting a top national security practice of a global AmLaw 50 firm with its associate search. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with the regulatory and transactional issues presented by foreign direct investment, familiarity with ITAR/EAR regulatory regimes, and some sanctions experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to hone your craft in CFIUS and export controls matters while still practicing in an elite and full-service national security practice group. The practice group includes several former high-ranking government officials. It also has a track record of internal promotion and focused DEI, mentorship, and training efforts.
